Understanding competition through a girls’ lens and creating healthy, challenging environments that develop confidence and resilience. WEEK 2: CONSISTENCY & CREATIVITY The habits, behaviours, standards, and leadership required to create lasting impact as a coach. Cultivating spaces that ignite creativity and joy. This course is packed with lived experiences, practical ideas, mistakes, lessons, and learnings from years of coaching girls. THE AIM ✨ To create better spaces for girls to PLAY and STAY. Whether you’re a parent coach, volunteer, teacher, club coach, academy coach, or just starting your coaching journey, this course is designed to support you in making a meaningful difference in the lives of girls through sport.
